Whether you’re capturing a new receipt, reviewing past uploads, or checking your company info, this guide keeps it simple so you can focus on scanning fast and correctly.
📸 Generate Receipt: Scan and Save Documents
Your main action starts here. In the Generate Receipt section you can:

Start a new scan session.

Take clear photos of documents, adding multiple pages if needed.

Check and remove low-quality images before saving.
-
Enter or select detected tracking numbers manually.

Add an optional dock number.

Save the receipt and get a success confirmation.

🕒 History: View and Filter Uploads
The History section shows all Warehouse Receipts you’ve scanned. Here you can:

Search by tracking number, WHR number, or keyword.

Filter by All, Synced, or Drafts to check document status.

See creation date, tracking number, status, and your name as operator.
