As a Receptionist, your main task is to scan and upload Warehouse Receipts directly from the mobile app — making sure your warehouse stays organized with clear, synced documentation. This guide shows you how each section works and what actions you can take step by step.

Whether you’re capturing a new receipt, reviewing past uploads, or checking your company info, this guide keeps it simple so you can focus on scanning fast and correctly.


📸 Generate Receipt: Scan and Save Documents

Your main action starts here. In the Generate Receipt section you can:

  • Start a new scan session.

  • Take clear photos of documents, adding multiple pages if needed.

  • Check and remove low-quality images before saving.

  • Enter or select detected tracking numbers manually.

  • Add an optional dock number.

  • Save the receipt and get a success confirmation.

🕒 History: View and Filter Uploads

The History section shows all Warehouse Receipts you’ve scanned. Here you can:

  • Search by tracking number, WHR number, or keyword.

  • Filter by All, Synced, or Drafts to check document status.

  • See creation date, tracking number, status, and your name as operator.

👤 Profile and My Company

In the Menu, you can quickly access:

  • Profile: View your phone, email, role, and gender info.

  • My Company: See your company’s location, representative, and contact details.
