🧑💼 Account User Guide
As an Account User, you have access to a powerful set of tools to manage companies, assign roles, control devices, and support users across your organization. This guide walks you through the different sections available and how each one contributes to managing your ecosystem of clients or branches.
Whether you're setting up a new company or adding technicians to support operations, this guide shows you where to go and what you can do — with links to detailed articles when you're ready to dive deeper.
🏢 Companies: Build and Maintain Your Network
Your main responsibility is managing companies under your account. This includes:
-
Viewing all companies (active, inactive, all).
-
Creating new ones with all the necessary legal and operational info.
-
Opening a company’s detail view to access its dimensioners and analytics.
When you add a company, you’ll go through steps to enter company details, representative info, and optional WMS integration settings.
From any company’s profile, you can enter its Dimensioners tab and:
-
Add, activate, or deactivate devices.
-
Click into a device for deeper actions like measurement, calibration, or configuration.
-
Filter measurement logs by date.
-
Download data or copy the install script.
👥 Users: Role and Access Management
The Users section lets you add or manage two roles:
-
Administrators: have full access to all companies under your account.
-
Operators: technicians with access to specific companies (selectable during creation).
You can also filter users by role, search for them, edit details, or deactivate accounts as needed.
👤 Profile Settings
At any time, you can click your profile to:
-
Update your name
-
Change gender
-
Edit your phone number
This info helps identify you in the system but doesn’t affect your role or permissions.
❓ Help & Support
This section is the same for all user types and provides access to:
-
Intro to Measuring guide (Parcel, Pallet, Motion, and Parcel-OCR)
-
PDF User Manuals
-
