🏢 Company User Guide

As a Company User, you have access to a powerful set of tools designed to help you oversee your devices, manage your users, and visualize operational data. This guide will walk you through the different areas you can interact with and help you understand how each piece contributes to your day-to-day logistics operations.

Whether you're logging in for the first time or exploring advanced analytics, this article gives you a full picture of your capabilities — and links you to deeper articles whenever you're ready to dive in.


🏠 Home: Your Operational Overview

When you first log in, you're taken to the Home page. This is your operations dashboard. Here, you’ll see analytics panels that summarize your company’s activity: how many packages have been measured, when your busiest times are, and which devices are doing the most work.

At the top right, you’ll notice a calendar selector. Use it to filter your data by day, week, or month. Below that, you can toggle which types of dimensioners you want to include — Parcel, Pallet, or Move.

Each chart and table updates based on your filters, helping you answer questions like:

  • Are there peak hours in my operation?

  • Are there bottlenecks?

  • How fast are we processing packages?


💼 My Company: Your Device and User Hub

This section lets you review the core setup of your company within Wilkins. You’ll find three main things here:

  • Basic Company Info: name, address, identification.

  • Dimensioners: list of all devices assigned to your company, categorized by Active, Inactive, or All. You can click on each device to see its details.

From here, you can:

  • View device history

  • Launch a measurement session manually


👤 Manage Users: Control Access

You can add two types of users:

  • Company Admins: these users have the same permissions as you.

  • Operators: these users can only access for scanning and measuring.

When creating a user, you’ll need to:

  1. Choose a role

  2. Enter name, phone, and other required details

Once created, users will receive credentials to log in and begin working with the devices assigned to them.


👨‍💼 Profile Settings

Clicking on your profile allows you to update your name, gender, and phone number. This doesn’t affect your access level but helps keep your account info current.
