๐Ÿ‘ท Operator User Guide

As an Operator User, you have access to key operational tools designed to help you measure packages and monitor dimensioner activity. This guide will walk you through the areas you can interact with, helping you stay efficient and accurate in your tasks.

Whether you're logging in for the first time or performing daily scans, this article gives you a full picture of your available tools โ€” and links you to detailed guides when you need them.

๐Ÿ  Home: Your Operational Overview

When you first log in, you're taken to the Home page. This dashboard gives you access to analytics panels that show how your dimensioners are performing: how many packages have been measured, which hours are the busiest, and how each device is contributing.

At the top right, youโ€™ll notice a calendar selector. Use it to filter your data by day, week, or month. Below that, you can toggle which types of dimensioners you want to include โ€” Parcel, Pallet, or Move.

Each chart and table updates based on your filters, helping you answer questions like:

  • Are there peak hours in my operation?

  • Are there bottlenecks?

  • How fast are we processing packages?

๐Ÿ’ผ My Company: Your Device Hub

This section lets you view and interact with your dimensioners. Youโ€™ll see:

  • Dimensioners: list of all devices assigned to your company, categorized by Active, Inactive, or All. You can click on each device to see its details.

From here, you can:

  • View device history

  • Launch a measurement session manually

  • Search past measurements

  • Export data if needed

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ผ Profile Settings

Clicking on your profile allows you to update your name, gender, and phone number. This doesnโ€™t affect your access level but helps keep your account info current.
